A geospatially distributed and coupled energy-air quality model is described. We build upon the large scale systems analytic method, a meta-modeling approach which includes a full geospatial database of energy sources, devices, and their emissions for the five broad sectors of economy: transport, industrial, residential, commercial and agriculture. The application is designed for Luxembourg, to be later applied to other European cities and regions
